I understand that transport assignments may require driving long distances, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or extended hours*

I agree to work cooperatively as a member of a volunteer team and to communicate respectfully with coordinators and fellow volunteers.*

I understand that I may be transporting dogs of various breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments, including animals that may be frightened, anxious, or unpredictable*

I agree to handle all animals in a calm, safe, and humane manner while following the organization's handling protocols.*

I understand that this position requires physical activity, including lifting and carrying dog crates, supplies, and equipment weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.*

I understand that I will be required to walk dogs (of all sizes) on a leash and maintain control of them at all times.*

I agree to clean transport crates, sanitize equipment, and maintain a clean transport environment.*

I understand that cleaning up and properly disposing of animal feces and other waste is a routine part of this volunteer position.*

I understand that animals may scratch, jump, bark, or otherwise behave unpredictably, and I accept these inherent risks.*

I agree to follow all transportation, animal handling, and safety procedures established by The Good Dog Ranch.*

I agree to obey all traffic laws and operate my vehicle safely during all volunteer activities.*

I understand that I must never transport animals while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any medication that could impair my ability to drive safely.*

I understand that I am expected to arrive on time, be dependable, and represent the organization in a professional and courteous manner.*

I understand that I am volunteering at my own discretion and that the organization may discontinue my volunteer service if policies or safety standards are not followed.*
